Learning how to liberate loss and hurt begins with summoning the courage to acknowledge the distress.  If you don't  you will numb hurtful feelings, creating scattered pieces of self.  You won't learn how to release hurt.  Past hurts become buttons that get pushed.  You blame others for pushing those buttons.
